A rich and diversified cultural offer…

With its focus on contemporary creation, Mougins’ cultural offering appeals to young and old alike. Discover the Centre d’art, the Centre de la photographie de Mougins, or the FAMM, the first major museum dedicated to women artists in Europe.

The Centre d’art

The Mougins Art Centre is an exhibition space dedicated to promoting modern and contemporary art in its various forms (paintings, drawings, prints, sculptures, etc.).

The centre is located on Place du Commandant Lamy, in the heart of the historic village of Mougins. Free admission.

The Mougins Center of Photography

Located in the heart of the village, the Centre de la photographie de Mougins showcases the very best in contemporary photography through three major exhibitions each year.

Le Lavoir – The Wash House

At the entrance to the village, the Wash house, built in 1894 and used until 1970, is worth the detour, both for the quality of its conservation and for the temporary art exhibitions that it regularly hosts.

THE FAMM dedicated to women artists

The first private museum in Europe to exhibit exclusively major works by women! A fascinating journey into the world of great female artists, from the Impressionist period to the contemporary era. Over a hundred works to discover on four floors, including a stunning corset by Frida Khalo!

CHAM, a local history museum

An exceptional gallery run by the Cercle d’Histoire et d’Archéologie mouginoises (CHAM), an association of enthusiastic volunteers presenting precious documents relating to the history and archaeology of the town. Open every 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month, from 9:30am to 12pm (except July & August).
