BY TRAIN:
Cannes SNCF railway station is less than 20 minutes from Mougins (https://www.sncf.com/fr/gares/cannes) .
Fast and express trains (TGV, Corail trains) stop there, allowing Mougins to be connected to every French region and every major city in Europe. From Italy, please check the Thello network (www.thello.com) . One daily connection between Cannes and Milan.
The Mediterranean TGV allows for making the journey between Paris and Cannes in 5 hours. The other TGV stations on the Côte d’Azur are as follows: Monaco, Nice, Antibes, and Toulon.
