Permanent orienteering trails, fitness trails, pony trekking… There are a multitude of options in Mougins to take sporting enjoyment of the vast natural spaces offered by the garden town and breathe deeply!

Keep in shape with the fitness trails

Right in the heart of the Valmasque Departmental Park forest, discover a 1.4 km fitness trail laid out near the stadium that invites you to perform physical exercises on wooden equipment.
Another 2.2 km trail, punctuated with 16 fitness stops is waiting for you at Rue Soulane in the heart of Mougins-le-Haut.

Explore the forests with the orienteering trails

• There are four trails that vary in length and difficulty to freely practice orienteering in the heart of the Valmasque forest. The starting point for all the trails is located in the same area as the fitness trail (download the map).

Green trail 1: 2.5 km with 9 stations (signposted) to discover – difficulty level (orienteering): easy

Green trail 2: 2.5 km with 8 stations – difficulty level: easy

Blue trail: 3.5 km with 12 stations – difficulty level: average

Red trail: 4.5 km with 15 stations – difficulty level: average to difficult

Set out for a mountain bike ride

Mountain biking enthusiasts can take theBouillide circuit(Time: 1 hour – 6 km – average difficulty). Not counting the various other routes in the Valmasque Departmental Park (some thirty kilometres). In particular, you will find several starting points by the Valmasque children’s play area (download the map)

Good to know: A network of some 25 km of cycle paths marked out on the ground allow cycling lovers to pedal their way from one end of the town to the other.

Go horse riding

Almost 8 km of signposted bridleways wind around the neighbouring equestrian clubs in Mougins.
